Study on graphite/ epoxy resin/ BaTiO3-based PTC composite

本实验利用树脂将石墨与BaTiO3基 PTC陶瓷复合以降低PTC陶瓷的室温电阻率,在保证该材料具有一定升阻比的前提下,有效地降低了PTC材料的室温电阻率,在大量实验的基础上应用相关理论探讨了其低阻化的机理。采用化学镀镍的方法为复合材料制备电极,探讨了电极的形成工艺对复合材料PTC性能的影响

Epoxy resin were used as cement to form graphite/epoxy resin/BaTiO3-based PTC ceramic composite for reducing room temperature resistivity of PTC ceramic, the room temperature resistivity is decreased on condition that the PTC property no great change. Based on results of a great lot of experiments ,some theories have been quoted in order to discuss the reason for the low resistivity. Electroless nickel plating was used to prepare electrode on the surface of the composite and the influence of preparation technology on characteristics of the composite was also studied.
