在大数据和人工智能时代,智慧物流已成为我国社会广泛关注的热点话题。Word2vec是一种神经网络语义模型,本研究首先对中国物流与采购网和中国知网分别进行数据搜集,以此为基础构建媒体平台和学术平台的语料库,并相应训练了两个word2vec模型。接着,结合word2vec模型,对"与智慧物流最相似的前20个词语"和"与智能物流最相似的前20个词语"进行了相似词比较,同时,对与"物流"最相似的前20个词语进行了比较。在此基础之上,利用t-SNE算法对词向量进行了降维,利用matplotlib.pyplot包分别对两个word2vec模型中的所有词语的词嵌入概貌进行了可视化显示和比较,研究结果表明智慧物流在媒体平台和学术平台之间存在差异。本研究创新性地利用神经网络word2vec算法比较了我国媒体平台和学术平台的智慧物流,为智慧物流研究提供了新的视角。

In the era of big data and artificial intelligence, intelligent logistics has become a hot topic of widespread concern in China. Word2vec is a neural network semantic model. First, this study collected data from China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing and China National Knowledge Infrastructure respectively. Corpora for media and academic platforms were developed based on the data and two word2vec models were trained. Then, based on the top 20 words which are most similar to intelligent logistics and logistics, comparisons of similar words were conducted. Following this, the t-SNE algorithm was utilized to reduce the dimensionality of the word vector. The matplotlib.pyplot package was used to visualize and compare the word embedding profiles of all words in the two word2vec models. The results manifested that there are differences in intelligent logistics between media and academic platforms. This study innovatively utilized the neural network word2vec algorithm to compare the intelligent logistics between media and academic platforms in China, providing a brand-new perspective for intelligent logistics research.
