本文首先回顾了近年来模拟微重力相关研究在生命科学领域的意义,指出目前模拟微重力相关研究主要集中在航天医学和微重力组织工程这两大非常重要的领域;接下来从本实验室的具体工作入手,研究了模拟微重力对细胞粘附率影响的过程,在正常和模拟微重力培养人类宫颈癌细胞(HeLa),用细胞计数法和MTT两种方法测定细胞在不同培养条件下的粘附率,并得出数据和结论,以期为进一步探索提供参考和基本数据。

his paper has reviewed the sense and direction of the recent simulated microgravity research in life sciences,suggest that the current simulated microgravity research mainly focused on Space Medicine research and Microgravity Tissue Engineering reseach. then we analyzed the importance of cell adhesion study in simulated microgravity research . Last,we introduce the detailed work in our laborotary.we have reseached the effction of the simulated microgravity on cell adhesion rate ,and we use two different methods to measure the cell adhesive ability.and last we get some conclution to suuply some reference for the further research.
