快速启动式空气源热泵空调热水器性能实验
Experimental study onquick starting air-to-air heat pump with domestic hot water system
为了解决现有空气源热泵空调热水器启动慢的问题,提出了一种空气源热泵热水器的新系统,并搭建了新系统的试验台,实验研究了系统的运行模式、控制策略、性能系数以及连续运行能力等,总结出了系统合理的控制策略、控制温度,为以后的规模化生产奠定了基础。运行特性显示,新系统平均制热水加制冷综合COP可达到7.2。可以快速启动并稳定运行,效率较高。
in order to solve the slow startup problem of air source heat pump water heater system, a new system has been built. The experimentstudy aboutthe system operation modeandcontrol strategy. The coefficient of performance and continuous operational capacity were conducted. Then proper and rational control strategy and control temperatureweresummed up, whichwere useful for the future large-scale production. The experimental results showed that the new system could be quickly launched and could perform stable with high efficiency.
