基于节能降耗的钢坯热轧生产批量计划研究

节能降耗对于钢铁企业具有重要的意义,钢坯热轧生产是钢铁生产过程的关键环节之一,也是重要的能耗单元。本文针对钢坯热轧生产工艺约束以及热轧生产计划编制的特点,基于批策略思想以订单为单位编制钢坯热轧的生产计划,建立了以生产能耗最小化为优化目标的批量生产计划模型,并采用改进的遗传算法进行求解。最后通过算例分析验证了模型的有效性。结果表明该模型不仅满足了钢坯热轧生产计划编制的要求,而且达到了减少换辊次数、降低生产能耗、缩短完工时间等目标。?
Energy-saving is of great importance to steel plant. Hot rolling is one of the key processes in steel production, and the important energy-consuming unit. This paper addresses lot planning problem of slab hot rolling and an optimization model aiming at minimizing the energy-consuming during hot rolling is proposed. And an improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. Based on the result of an example, the model not only can meet the manufacturing requirements of hot rolling,but also is more effective for hot rolling planning problems: the model is able to reduce the number of exchanging rollers, lower the energy-consuming,save the production time and so on.)
