随着技术的不断发展,基于声纹识别的身份认证方法已成为目前的一个研究热点。当前的声纹识别技术使用单一特征或拼接的组合特征构建识别模型,在复杂环境下的鲁棒性较差。本文针对这一问题,首先基于MFCC特征提出了一个更具身份表征力的Var-MFCC特征;然后,使用不同类别的的声纹特征构建了分层的多特征融合集,并基于分层多特征集提出了基于Fisher比的多特征加权融合算法;最后基于以上的特征和融合机制构建了基于声纹识别的身份认证模型。通过在非理想环境下的语音数据集上的实验验证,本文所构建的多特征融合身份认证模型具有超过基线模型性能和处理速度。

With the development of technology, the authentication method based on voiceprint recognition has become a research hotspot. Current voiceprint recognition technology uses a single feature or a combination of stitching features to build a recognition model, which is less robust to complex environments. In order to address this problem, this paper first proposes a Var-MFCC feature based on MFCC features. Then, a hierarchical multi-feature fusion set is constructed using voiceprint features of different categories, and based on it,a multi-feature weighted fusion algorithm based on Fisher ratio is proposed, Finally, based on the above features and fusion mechanism, this paper constructs an identity authentication model based on voiceprint recognition.. The experimental result of the speech data set in a non-ideal environment shows that the multi-feature fusion identity authentication model constructed in this paper has better performance and processing speed than the baseline mode.
