对洞穴系统δ13C信号的现代过程研究是洞穴石笋δ13C记录在古气候研究中应用的前提。本研究通过对万象洞上覆植被与土壤样品的系统采集和δ13C值的分析测试,结合当地近两年的降水与气温资料,分析万象洞所在地区植被及土壤δ13C值对气候因子的响应机制,讨论石笋δ13C的古气候、古环境指示意义。结果显示,万象洞上覆植被δ13C值对降水变化的响应显著,降水越多,洞穴上覆植被、土壤δ13C值越偏负;万象洞方解石沉积δ13C值与环境温度之间无显著关联;土壤有机物δ13C值与海拔高度显著正相关,海拔越高,土壤有机物δ13C值越偏正;δ13C信号在植被-土壤-方解石现代沉积的沉积体系中呈现出良好的信号传递性,表明万象洞石笋δ13C记录可以很好的反演石笋生长期洞穴上覆植被土壤的随气候环境的变化,石笋δ13C值偏正指示恶劣生境下植被覆盖的降低和干旱导致的植物水分利用效率的提高,反之亦然。

Stalagmite records application in palaeo-climate research must be on the premise of the cave system δ13C signal monitoring work. In this study, plants and soil samples were sampled and δ13C value were analysised, combined with the local precipitation and air temperature data, the mechanism of plants and soil δ13C response to climate factor, and the palaeo-climate, palaeo-environmenet meaning of stalagmite δ13C records from Wanxiang Cave were discussed. The results showed that negative shift of the plants and soil δ13C values indicated more precipitation; No significant relationships between calcite δ13C and the temperature of deposition environment; a significant positive relationship between plants, soil δ13C and elevation were observed, the higher the elevation, the more positive the plants and soil δ13C value; δ13C signal was well succeeded through the plants-soil-calcite deposition system, indicated that variations of plants and soil caused by climate can be recorded by stalagmite δ13C during its growth period, the lower the plants land cover under the bad habitat and the higher the water use efficiency lead by drought, the more positive the stalagmite δ13C, vice versa.
