基于决策树的移动客户行为特征挖掘与预测
Mobile Customer’s behaviour characteristics mining and predication
随着移动市场业务的多样化和竞争的加剧,以及移动市场典型的规模效应,对老客户的挽留和新客户的争取是电信运营商们关注的热点问题。本文首先对电信客户的流失做了详细的分析,然后从消费者的自然属性和行为特征出发,结合数据挖掘知识和信息论的分析方法,介绍了建立客户消费行为决策树的理论知识,并以电信行业最关注的大客户分析为例,详细阐述了决策树建立的过程和方法。
Since the competitions in the mobile telecommunication market become more and more fierce, and together with the topic size effect in this area, the customers’ saving and hunting sharply catches the operators’ focuses of attention. In this article, based on the theory of decision tree and the methodology of information gain, the author analysis the method to find out the relationship between the customers’ natural qualities and their consumption characteristics.
