采用浸渍法制备了以TiO2和ZrO2为载体的固载型杂多酸光催化剂H3PW12O40/TiO2-ZrO2,H4SiW12O40/TiO2-ZrO2,H7PMo12O42/TiO2-ZrO2,然后分别通过光催化降解甲基橙、亚甲基蓝和碱性品红,最后得出用固载硅钨酸降解甲基橙的降解率最大。然后用傅里叶红外光谱法对固载硅钨酸进行了表征。在HPA-TiO2-ZrO2光催化系统中,杂多酸显着加速电子从TiO2、ZrO2表面到O2分子的传递,改变了TiO2、ZrO2的光催化反应历程,从而提高光催化效率。然后以光催化降解染料废水甲基橙为探针反应,探讨了催化剂投加量、溶液pH值等对光催化降解效果的影响以及催化剂的重复使用性。

Firstly, I use impregnation method to prepare for the carrier of TiO2 and ZrO2 silicotungstic type heteropoly acid light catalyst H3PW12O40/TiO2-ZrO2, H4SiW12O40/TiO2-ZrO2, H7PMo12O42/TiO2-ZrO2. Secondly, respectively by photocatalytic degradation of methy orange, methylene blue and alkaline magenta. As a result, methyl orange degradation of the degradation rate is the most using silicotungstic acid. Thirdly, the solid acid is showed by Fourier infrared spectroscopy. In HPA/TiO2-ZrO2 photocatalysis system, heteropoly acid significantly accelerate the relay of electronic from the surface of TiO2 and ZrO2 to O2 molecular,which changes TiO2 and ZrO2 photocatalysis reaction process, so as to improve the efficiency of photocatalysis. Then by photocatalytic degradation dye wastewater to the methyl orange, I discusses the effects of light catalytic degradation, such as catalyst dosing quantity, pH value,the times of catalyst reused and so on. Finally, I measure the reaction kinetics parameters.
