基于低碳排放的超临界发电模型研究

超临界发电技术是当今国际上新型、高效的洁净煤发电技术之一。到2006年底,超(超)临界发电机组已有40余台,近30000MW超临界燃煤发电机组投产运行,其中有3台1000MW超超临界机组投产发电。目前,我国是世界上超(超超)临界机组发电应用最多的国家。本文主要建立基于低碳排放的超临界发电技术评价模型,模型建立过程中考虑了煤质对发电效率的影响,并结合多家超临界发电厂数据确定了模型相关参数。通过建立低碳排放的超临界发电模型,可计算不同煤质的超临界发电系统供电效率及CO2排放量。基于本文所给煤质600MW超临界发电评价模型计算结果为锅炉效率为91.96%,发电效率44.20%,供电效率42.16%,供电煤耗291.40gce/kWh,CO2排放量233.76kg/GJ,CO2排放浓度为84350mg/Nm3。
Supercritical power generation technology is one of the new and high efficiency clean coal technology. The end of 2006, super (super)-critical generating units over 40 units, nearly 30000MW supercritical coal-fired generating units put into operation, including three sets 1000MW Ultra-supercritical generating units put into operation. At present, China is the most widely used supercritical generating units than any other country. In this paper, the establishment of supercritical power generation technology evaluation model is based on low-carbon emissions. The model building process taking into account the impact of coal quality on power generation efficiency, combined with a number of super-critical plant data to determine the model parameters. Through establishing supercritical power generation model based on low carbon emissions , calculate efficiency and CO2 emissions of different coal quality. The calculation results of the 600MW supercritical power generation evaluation model were: the boiler efficiency was 91.96%, the power generation efficiency was 44.20%, the power supply efficiency was 42.16%, the coal consumption of power supply was 291.40 gce/kWh,CO2 emission was 233.76 kg/GJ, CO2 emission concentration was 84350 mg/Nm3.
