压缩机组不对中故障动力学特性分析
ynamic Analysis of Misalignment Fault in a Compressor Unit
本文以某压缩机组为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,基于联轴器变形几何关系和受力分析,推导出激振力的表达式,并基于等效轴段法建立转子系统联轴器偏角不对中故障动力学模型,对不同程度不对中故障下低压端转子的径向振动响应进行了仿真分析。研究表明,随着不对中量的增加,转子的振动增大,不对中故障变得更加明显,并且二倍频所占比例增大,转子的轴心轨迹呈现香蕉形或外八字形。所得的结论为联轴器不对中故障的研究提供了理论依据。
his paper whose research object is a compressor unit, using ANSYS finite element software, deduced the expression of the vibration force which is based on coupler deformation geometric relations and stress analysis. The dynamic model of coupling angle misalignment fault which is based on equivalent shaft section method was derived. Radial vibration responses of the low pressure rotor were simulated when rotor system has varying degrees of fault. The research showed that with the increase of the misalignment, the rotor vibration increased, the misalignment fault became more evident, and the ratio of the multiple frequencies increased, the shaft center orbit presents a "banana" shape or "8" shape. The result provides theoretical bases for the misalignment fault of the coupler.
