黄牛鞋面革湿态染整清洁生产工艺研究与实践

为提高制革湿态染整清洁生产水平,减少黄牛鞋面革鞣后湿加工所产生的污染,设计了基于植物鞣剂、多金属配合鞣剂与合成鞣剂相结合的无铬复鞣工艺,以及多次削匀、末端染色、无铬固色等新技术。研究结果表明,采用多金属配合鞣剂、植物鞣剂与合成鞣剂相结合的无铬复鞣工艺,坯革感官性能良好,收缩温度超过90℃,物理机械性能均符合行业标准;采用2次或3次削匀工艺,可使皮革面积得率增加、松面率降低,并减少化工材料的使用量;采用末端染色和无铬固色工艺,可降低染料用量,减少了含铬和含染料废水的污染;对提高产品品质、降低生产成本、减少环境污染具有积极的作用。

For improving the leather engineering clean production level and reducing pollution of wet process after tanning, new cleaner production techniques were designed including chromium-free retanning, twice and more shaving, dyeing at the end, and color fixing without chrome. The research results show that the retanning with free-chrome compound metal tanning agents, vegetable tanning agent and synthetic tanning agent, the leather sensory performance is good, the shrinkage temperature over 90 ℃, and the physical and mechanical properties are in line with the industry standard; twice and more shaving can increase the leather area yield, reduce loose surface rate and reduce the consumption of the chemical materials; dyeing at the end and color fixing without chrome, can reduce the dosage of dye, reduce the pollution of wastewater containing chromium or dye; which can improve product quality, reduce production cost and reduce environmental pollution.
