薯蓣皂苷对大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝生化指标的作用研究
Effects of dioscin on biochemical indicators in experimental model of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in rats
目的 探讨薯蓣皂苷对大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝模型生化指标的影响。方法 建立大鼠高脂饮食非酒精性脂肪肝模型,给予薯蓣皂苷治疗12周后,观察对照组、模型组及薯蓣皂苷给药组大鼠体重、肝指数和组织病理学改变,并对转氨酶(ALT和AST)、总甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、瘦素(leptin)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和丙二醛(MDA)等生化指标的变化进行检测。结果 与模型组比较,薯蓣皂苷能降低高脂饮食所致的大鼠体重和肝指数的增加,改善肝脏组织的脂肪变性,降低AST、ALT、TG、TC、LDL-C、瘦素、TNF-α和MDA,升高HDL-C。结论 薯蓣皂苷可以减轻高脂饮食诱导的大鼠肝脂肪变,有可能作为治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病的有效药物。
Objective To investigate the effects of dioscin on the biomarkers of nonalcholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) rats. Methods The high fat diet induced-NAFLD rats were used in this suty. After treating with dioscin for 12 weeks, the body weight, liver index, histopathological changes were tested. At the same time, the transaminases, total triglyceride (TG), total-cholesterol (TC), LDL-C, HDL-C, leptin, TNF-α and MDA were all detected. Results Compared with mode group, dioscin can decrease the body weight and liver index, improve liver steatosis. The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, leptin, TNF-α and MDA were significantly decreased compared with model group, while the level of HDL-C was markedly elevated. Conclusion Dioscin can reduce the steatosis induced by NAFLD in rat liver, which might be used as a new effective drug for the NAFLD treatments.
