Flow Characteristics of Liquid Film along a Horizontal Uneven Substrate
论文针对水平非平整基底上受热液膜的流动,采用长波摄动法推导出液膜厚度的演化方程,并利用PDECOL程序对所得演化方程进行数值求解,得到了正弦波纹基底上液膜表面波形的演化过程图,分析了流体受热程度、导热性能等因素对液膜流动特性的影响。研究表明:流体受热程度越大,自由界面所产生的波动越剧烈,液膜流动更易失稳,甚至发生破断;液膜厚度随液-固导热系数比的增大,先减小后增大,在液-固导热系数比值为1时,液膜厚度达最小值。
his paper was focused on the flow characteristics of heated liquid film along a horizontal microstructured wall. A long wave perturbation method was used to derive the evolution equation of liquid film thickness, and obtained the numerical solution of this evolution equation by the PDECOL code. Based on the numerical solution, the diagram of evolution progress for film surface wave on sinusoidal corrugated substrate was drew, and the influences of heated state and thermal conductivity of liquid film on the flow characteristics were analyzed. The results show that the greater the fluid heated, the more violent fluctuations in free interface, and the film was more instability, or even breaking. With the liquid-solid heat conduction coefficient ratio increasing, the film thickness first decreases and then increases, and reached minimum value when the heat conduction coefficient ratio is 1.
