制度安排对畜牧业专业合作社绩效的影响--以黑龙江省152家合作社调研数据为例

Based on the field survey data of 152 animal husbandry professional cooperatives in 11 cities in Heilongjiang Province, the performance evaluation index system of cooperatives was constructed. The self-development of cooperatives, service members and social influence were considered, and the performance evaluation index system was validated by factor analysis method. The performances of the sample cooperatives are measured and the influence of the institutional arrangement on the performance of the cooperatives is analyzed by establishing the multiple linear regression model. The results show that the high degree of ownership concentration hinders the development of cooperative performance. When the decision-making and surplus distribution are adopted, the decision-making method of the members is helpful to improve the performance of cooperatives. However, the voting method of "one person, one vote" is not conducive to the efficient operation of cooperatives, there is a significant negative impact on the performance of cooperatives; the withdrawal of surplus reserve fund and the transaction rebate have a significant positive impact on the performance of cooperatives. Therefore, it is helpful to improve the performance level of animal husbandry cooperatives by improving the property rights arrangement and governance mechanism of cooperatives and rationally allocating the interests of cooperatives.
