亚麻落麻纤维增强可降解复合材料的杨氏模量预测
Prediction of Young modulus of flax noil fibers reinforced biodegradable composite
采用非织造结合热压成型工艺制备了亚麻落麻纤维增强聚乳酸(PLA)基可降解复合材料(亚麻落麻/PLA),研究了纤维体积分数对材料杨氏模量的影响,证明了植物纤维模量具有Weibull概率分布特征,并利用Cox模量预报模型及相关修正理论,提出了非连续植物纤维增强可降解复合材料(D-NFRBC)杨氏模量预报模型,该模型考虑了纤维模量、长度、取向角概率分布对复合材料模量的影响。结果表明:亚麻落麻/PLA杨氏模量在纤维体积分数为39.6%时达到最大,修正后模型的预报精度较修正前提高了3.67%,应用本文建立的模量预报模型所得亚麻落麻/PLA杨氏模量预报值与实验值吻合良好。
Flax noil fibers reinforced polylactide composites were prepared by means of non-woven method and hot pressing technology. The effects of volume fraction on Young moduli of the composites were discussed. The Weibull probability distributing feature of natural fibers was proved, then based on Cox Young Modulus model and some related modified theories, a new model for predicting discontinuous natural fibers reinforced biodegradable composite(D-NFRBC) was proposed, which contain the effect of probability distributing features of fibers moduli, length and fibers tropism angle on the Young Moduli of the composites. The results reveal that the Young moduli reach a peak at the fibers volume fraction of 39.6%, the prediction of the modified model increase by 3.67% than the unmodified one, and the predicted values calculated by the new model agree well with the experimental values.
