本文首先阐述了WCDMA终端射频一致性测试的背景及需求,然后介绍了自动测试系统体系结构以及GPIB 技术的特点和工作原理,最后结合WCDMA射频一致性测试的标准要求,介绍WCDMA终端射频一致性自动测试系统的设计方案及实现方法。本测试系统实现了对仪表的自动控制,数据的自动采集以及报告的自动生成,在保证了测试准确的条件下,节约了大量时间。
In this paper, the background and requirements of the WCDMA terminal RF consistency test, structure of the automatic test system, features and working principles of the GPIB technology are introduced. The scheme and realization of the of the WCDMA terminal RF consistency test system, associating with the test standards and requirements, are also explained. This test system realizes the auto-control function, automatic collection function, and automatic generation of the report. It saves plenty of time with the insurance of the correctness of the test.
