雷达信号处理机专用自动增益控制系统
utomatic Gain Control System for Radar Signal Processing
针对雷达信号处理机接收到的信号幅度变化范围很大,而为了雷达系统能够接收到稳定的信号,设计一种专用于雷达信号处理机的自动增益控制电路(Automatic Gain Control Circuit,AGC)的方案。本文在AGC电路的理论基础与模块构成的基础上,将可变增益放大器AD603进行级联形成电路。然后利用Multisim软件对该设计电路进行仿真分析,最后搭建实物电路模型,借以实验论证。结果表明该电路对于不同的输入电压有几乎无变化的输出电压,证明该电路具有增益调节功能,表明电路设计的正确性。
In order to stabilize the the different signal amplitude receive by the radar signal processor, A design of automatic gain control circuit(AGC)dedicated to radar signal processor is proposed.Based on the analysis of AGC circuit theory and module, the key chip,variable gain amplifier (AD603), is used.The circuit is cascaded by two chips of AD603, which is formed as the core chip. And then use Multisim software to simulate the design of the circuit, and finally build a physical circuit model, using experiment to demonstrate. The results show that the circuit has almost no change of output voltage for different input voltage, which proves that the circuit has gain adjustment function, which shows the correctness of the circuit design.
