螺旋钻采煤机输送机构的参数优化设计

Parameter Optimization of Spiral Conveyor for Coal Auger

为了改善螺旋钻采煤机的输送性能、提高其输送效率,以螺旋输送机构的内径、螺距、螺旋升角、中心杆的强度以及转速为设计变量,选择输送机构输煤生产率最大和能耗最低作为优化目标,采用遗传算法和蚂蚁算法的混合算法(GAAA算法)对螺旋输送机构进行参数优化。优化结果表明,在输送机构外径和螺旋叶片厚度不变的情况下、在保证结构强度与刚度要求和不堵塞等条件下,螺旋钻采煤机的输煤生产率提高了23.17%,输送效率提高了12.93%。该项研究对于合理设计螺旋输送机构、正确选择运动参数、改善螺旋钻采煤机的性能有指导作用和参考价值。

In order to improve the transportation performance and to increase transmission efficiency of a coal auger, by taking spiral conveyor device’s diameter, pitch, helix angle, center axis strength and speed of non-clogging as design variable, choosing maximum productivity and minimum energy consumption of a spiral conveyor device as optimal objective, using GAAA algorithm, spiral conveyor device’s parameter is optimized in the paper. The optimized results indicate that spiral conveyor device’s inner diameter and the thickness of helical vane institutions under the condition of invariable, ensuring structural strength and stiffness and non-clogging conditions, etc.. The productivity of coal conveying has improved 23.17% and the transmission efficiency has improved12.93%. The study for reasonable design of spiral conveyor device, correcting choice motion parameters and improving the performance of coal auger has guidance and reference value.
