硼掺杂金刚石膜上铕掺杂ZnO纳米棒的生长及性质研究
Growth and properties of ZnO:Eu nanorods on boron-doped diamond film
利用水热法,在硼掺杂金刚石膜上生长铕(Eu)掺杂ZnO纳米棒(ZnO:Eu),其形貌与Eu的掺杂量密切相关。制作了ZnO:Eu纳米棒/p型金刚石异质结结构,并研究其电学性能。ZnO:Eu纳米棒/p型金刚石异质结具有良好的整流特性。
he europium (Eu) doped zinc oxide nanorods (ZnO:Eu NRs) have been fabricated on B-diamond substrate. The morphologies of the ZnO:Eu NRs are related to the Eu-doping level. The ZnO:Eu NRs/diamond heterojunctions are constructed and show the typical rectifying current-voltage behavior.
