热喷涂金属涂层已成为当前海洋环境下钢结构件腐蚀防护的首选方法。为合理使用防护涂层,本文采用电弧喷涂技术制备了Zn、Al及Zn-Al合金涂层,通过浸泡腐蚀试验、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)与腐蚀表面形貌分析,对比研究了三类典型涂层的耐蚀性,并探讨了涂层的防腐机理。结果表明,在含氯介质中,Zn涂层腐蚀过程中表现出一定的自封闭作用,但由于腐蚀产物疏松,自封闭效果微弱;Al和Zn-Al合金涂层耐蚀性更佳,腐蚀产物结构致密,自封闭效果较好,其应用于海工钢结构表面可望起到良好的防护效果。

hermal sprayed metal coating has become the preferred way to protect steel structures in oceanic circumstances. This work investigated corrosion behavior of Zn, Al and Zn-Al anti-corrosion coating in chloride aqueous solution through soaking tests, EIS(Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy) measurement and corrosion morphology observation, aiming to find out the optimal protective coating. The results show that Zn coating exhibits self-sealing function in Cl-containing medium, but the self-sealing effect is weak for the loose corrosion products. Al and Zn-Al coatings indicate better corrosion resistance, resulted from the dense corrosion products and the better self-sealing effect. These Arc-sprayed coatings are far better than pure Zn coating for the steel structures in oceanic circumstances.
