油菜株型性状的QTL定位对于油菜理想株型的构建和新品种的选育具有重要意义。本文以两个株型差异很大的甘蓝型油菜为材料,构建了一个由181个DH(双单倍体)系组成的定位群体。将SSR、IP、AFLP引物以及SNP芯片经亲本筛选并用于群体扩增,构建了一张包含1,595个标记的遗传连锁图,图谱全长2328.97cM,标记间的平均间隔距离为1.46cM。结合两年三点的田间数据,对与株型相关的性状如株高、分枝数、角果层长度、角果层宽度等共11个性状进行了遗传分析和QTL定位。11个性状共检测到60个单位点QTL,单个QTL的贡献率变幅为0.33-20.60%。利用BioMercator 2.1软件,将60个单位点QTL整合为40个unique-QTL,其中有17个QTL为多效性QTL,同时与两个以上的性状变异有关。定位结果可为下一步实现重要株型性状QTL的精细定位,以及分子标记辅助选择优良株型材料奠定基础。

IQTL mapping of important traits related to plant type is important to the construction of ideal plant type and new variety development in B. napus. In this study, two B. napus lines with distinct plant type were used to generate a DH (double haploid) population with 181 lines. SSR, IP, AFLP primers and SNP array were screened in two parents and amplified in DH population. A genetic linkage map covering 2328.97cM of rapeseed genome with 1,595 markers was constructed with an average interval of 1.46cM between markers. A total of 60 single QTL were detected and explained 0.33-20.60% phenotypic variation. Using BioMercator 2.1, 40 unique-QTL were identified and 17 of them were pleiotropic QTL related to more than two traits. These results will provide a basis for fine mapping of QTL affecting plant type and MAS in breeding of rapeseed variety with new plant type.
