Values system, which is open and thriving, is a set filled by many kinds of value judgment. The Values summation of an group and the given group can be considered as a topology structure, because it meets all structure requirements of topology. People decide to do selections between income and cost according to a given values system. The one to one correspondence between values system and action selections informs a mapping between two spaces. The mapping link is the foundation for algebra analysis.
