平衡施肥油茶林土壤酶活性研究
Study of Soil Enzyme Activities on Camellia oleifera Forest of Balanced Fertilization
对江西新余不同施肥处理下油茶(Camellia oleifera Abel)林的土壤酶活性的变化进行分析研究,结果表明:油茶林施肥有利于土壤酶类的代谢活动,土壤酶活性高于对照,其中,土壤蔗糖酶活性、蛋白酶活性、脲酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性分别提高了16.34%~72.04%、4.40%~63.74%、13.25%~172.29%、8.52%~19.89%。土壤酶活性在土层中的分布规律较为相似,土壤蔗糖酶、蛋白酶、脲酶和过氧化氢酶均随着土层深度的增加,自上而下活性下降。施肥油茶林土壤蔗糖酶与蛋白酶呈极显著正相关;蔗糖酶、蛋白酶和脲酶与过氧化物酶呈显著相关,土壤酶之间关系密切,共同影响着土壤肥力。
he changes of soil enzyme activities were studied on Camellia forest with Different Fertilizer Application at Xinyu in Jiangxi The results showed that :The soil enzyme activities in balance fertilization forests were better than CK. For instance, the activities of soil invertase, protease, urease and catalase raise respectively 16.34%~72.04%, 4.40%~63.74%, 13.25%~172.29% and 8.52%~19.89%. Soil enzyme activities reduced gradually from top to bottom layer of soil profile in balance fertilization oil-tea forests. They reached to significant anode relevance between invertase, protease, urease and catalase. They reached prominent level or best prominent level, these showed that they had consanguineous relationship, the presence of soil enzymes was not alone, and they influenced jointly development of soil fertilities.
