目的 以警察为样本,探讨工作要求、工作资源对工作倦怠的预测作用。方法 采用分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取2500名警察为研究对象进行问卷调查。结果 工作要求对情感耗竭有正向预测作用,工作资源对情感耗竭和人格解体有负向预测作用、对成就感降低有正向预测作用。性别、年龄和警衔对情感耗竭呈正向作用;性别对人格解体呈负向作用。收入对成就感降低呈正向作用;学历对成就感降低呈负向作用。年龄和警衔对工作倦怠呈正向作用;学历对工作倦怠呈负向作用。结论 高工作要求或者缺乏工作资源都会导致个体的情感耗竭,缺乏工作资源是人格解体和成就感降低的主要原因。

Objective To explore the relationship of police officers' job burnout with job demands and job resources. Methods 2500 participants sampled with stratified cluster random methods were asked by questionnaires in this study. Self-administered questionnaires were used to assess job burnout, emotional intelligence, self-esteem,optimism and so on. Results Job demands were positively related to emotional exhaustion, job resources were negatively related to depersonalization and positively to reduced personal accomplishment. Gender, age and rank had positive impact on emotional exhaustion. Gender had a negative association with depersonalization. Income had positive impact on the lack of personal accomplishment. Education had a negative association with the lack of personal accomplishment. Age and rank had positive impact on job burnout. Education had a negative association with job burnout. Conclusion High job demands or lacking job resources leaded to emotional exhaustion, lacking job resources was the main factor to predict depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment..
