随着汽车工业和微电子技术的发展,人们对汽车空调系统性能的要求也越来越高。本文针对人体对车厢空气的舒适性要求,分析了车厢舒适性的主要参数,提出了智能递阶控制的概念,即整车空调的集中控制和多温区分布控制,最后设计了一个基于FPGA和DS18B20的汽车空调智能温控模拟系统。搭建了基于Xilinx的FPGA 芯片的实验平台,系统的软硬件均通过了测试。仿真实验结果表明控制性能良好,系统运行稳定可靠。该模拟实验系统为FPGA 器件在汽车电子中的应用提供了参考解决方案。

long with the development of automobile industry and the microelectronic technology, there are more and more requirements about the performance of automobile air-conditioning system. This article first analyzes the main parameter of the automobile air-conditioning in view of the human body’s comfortable requests on the compartment air and then put forward an intelligent hierarchical control concept, which includes two control levels namely entire vehicle air conditioning control and multiple temperature zones distribution control. As a result, it presents a simulation intelligent system which employs FPGA and DS18B20.to control the automobile air-conditioning temperature. An experimental stage is constructed based on FPGA of Xilinx lnc on which both hardware and software are tested and proved to be correct. The experimental data indicate that the control property is satisfactory and the system performs reliably. This experimental system provides with a solution scheme for the applications of FPGA on automobile industry
