不同土地集约利用利益主体的博弈行为分析

Nowadays, intensive land use has been widespread concerned by various social circles. However, the existing land, especially the rural residential area, exist many problems such as the intensive land use process is slow, inefficient land use and other issues. And the root of the problem lies in part in the inconsistency of goal of the game’s for the subjects who participate in intensive land use and lack of appropriate mechanisms to integrate the interests. In this paper, it transcended the traditional perspective of the land intensive use research, based on the different subjects as government, developers and farmers and their benefits target, built different game models to calculate and compare their benefits. Studies have shown that only when we made the convergence of interests, to increase the cost for resistance and coordination activities, can we achieve the goal of maximizing the interests of the community, which related to the formulation of policies and systems to provide direct support.
