钱营孜煤矿岩巷快速掘进研究及应用

钱营孜煤矿各条大巷的掘进速度较慢,影响了正常接替生产,为了提高岩巷的快速掘进,实现矿井的高产高效,本文以东一胶带机巷为例,为了提高工效,缓解采掘接替紧张,通过现场实测和理论分析,发现爆破参数、运输系统和人员素质是制约了巷道的快速掘进的主要问题,通过改善施工工艺和运输系统,巷道由原来的月进尺62m提高到月进尺100m,实现了工作面的正常接替,为以后的扩产提供了条件。

In order to improve the rapid excavation of Rock Lane, to achieve high yield and efficiency of coal.The paper takes the east-one alley tape machine for example.To improve the efficiency, and to ease the tension of mining replacement. By the field measurement and theoretical analysis, to find the blasting parameters. Transportation system and the personnal quality are the main problems which restricts the roadway rapid excavation. By improving the construction Technology and transportation systems, The monthly drilling depth of roadway increases from 62m to 100m, to achieve a normal replacement of the face . and to provide the conditions for future expansion.
