助推装置对数控绕弯塑性变形作用机理的模拟研究

Simulation Study on Effect of Push Assistant Device on Plasticity Bending Behavior in NC Bending Process of Thin-walled Tube

助推装置对管材施加轴向推力,改善了材料的弯曲流动状态,近年来在航空航天等领域的高难度管件弯制中得到广泛的应用,但由于一直尚未获得该装置对绕弯过程塑性变形行为的影响机理以及对失稳起皱、壁厚减薄和截面畸变等缺陷的交互影响机理,极大限制了该工装对于弯制大口径薄壁管小弯曲半径难弯条件下的应用潜力,阻碍了薄壁管数控绕弯成形这一先进塑性成形技术的发展。本文在对该成形过程变形特点及助推作用进行分析的基础上,给出了压块助推和顶推4种可能的匹配方式以及顶推机构的5种施加方式顺序,提出利用助推系数来表示助推水平,并建立了定量指标相对滑动距离用以检验不同助推水平的助推效果;然后利用动态显式有限元软件ABAQUS/Explicit,建立了包括弯曲、抽芯、卸载的完整绕弯过程弹塑性有限元模型,在获得顶推的最佳作用方式基础上,深入研究了三种匹配方式下助推水平对绕弯过程塑性变形行为的影响机理.

he push assistant device exerts the axial pushing force to the bending tube to improve the bending flow state of materials, which has been widely used in aviation and aerospace industries for tight requirements of bending tube components. But the effects mechanism of the device on the NC plastic bending behavior and its interactive influence laws on wrinkling instability, thinning degree and cross section distortion degree have not been obtained until now, which has restricted its application potential for thin-walled tube bending process with large diameter and small bending radius and blocked the development of the advanced plastic forming process greatly. In the study, based on the analysis of the forming characteristics and the functions of the push assistant device, four possible matching patterns of pressure push assistant and boost device and five kinds application methods are also proposed, the pushing assistant factor (the ratio of the push assistant speed to the bending speed) are put forward to indicate the pushing assistant level and the quantitative index is also selected to estimate the pushing effectiveness of various pushing assistant level. Then the 3D elastic-plastic FEM model of the process has been established using ABAQUS/Explicit code, including bending process, balls retracting and unloading process, which is used to get the best mode of action of boost device. And the effects mechanism of three different matching patterns on the plastic bending behaviors are deeply investigated.
