重力热管流动换热计算研究

Research on Flow and Heat Transfer in Gravity Heat Pipe

重力热管内外部不同参数对热管传热性能的有重要的影响。利用FLUENT2021R1软件,对二维重力热管进行数值模拟,得到了热管内外部参数对其换热性能的影响。结果表明:随着热管内部工质饱和温度的升高,热管的总体热阻也上升;随着热管蒸发段的输入热功率增加,热管的总体热阻减小;随着管内工质饱和温度的降低,输入热功率的改变对热管总体热阻的影响逐渐减小。

ifferent internal and external parameters of gravity heat pipe have important influence on heat transfer performance of heat pipe. Using FLUENT2021R1 software, the numerical simulation of gravity heat pipe was carried out, and the influence of internal and external parameters on the heat transfer performance of the heat pipe was obtained. The results are showed as follow:the total thermal resistance of the heat pipe increases with the increase of the saturation temperature of the working medium inside the heat pipe;the total thermal resistance of the heat pipe decreases with the increase of input thermal power in the evaporation section of the heat pipe; with the decrease of saturation temperature of working medium, the influence of input thermal power on the total thermal resistance of the heat pipe decreases gradually.
