基于电涡流原理的车速测量方法研究
Study on the method of measuring vehicle speed with the eddy current principle
本文研究了一种利用电涡流原理测量汽车转速的方法。该方法利用电涡流原理,当汽车转子带动测速盘旋转时产生周期测量信号,再通过调理电路对测量信号进行去噪和低通滤波处理并转换成单片机可以识别的脉冲信号。在软件上对脉冲信号采用改进的多倍周期法进行处理,最终实现小误差的汽车转速测量。
method of measuring vehicle speed using eddy current principle is introduced in this paper. As eddy current principle, the periodic signal is measured when motor rotor drive speed measurement disk to rotate. Through conditioning circuit for periodic signal denoising and low-pass filter treatment and converted the periodic signal into the pulse signal that single-chip can identify. Deal the pulse signal with improved multi-cycle method on software, then eventual realization of a small error of measurement of vehicle speed
