主要穹窿蛋白在病毒感染过程中作用的研究进展

研究发现主要穹窿蛋白在有多重耐药性的癌细胞中会过表达这种蛋白,而主要穹窿蛋白可以和穹窿多聚(二磷酸腺苷-核糖)多聚酶,端粒酶相关蛋白1和小分子未翻译的RNA组成桶状结构,即穹窿蛋白,发挥核质之间转运物质的作用。近些年,已有报道指出主要穹窿蛋白在多种细胞内的反应起到调节作用,如:主要穹窿蛋白可以与磷酸酶及张力蛋白同源基因蛋白相互作用,参与到磷酸肌醇3-激酶通路和细胞生长等活动。而近些年有报道指出主要穹窿蛋白可以通过诱导I型干扰素的表达和参与到炎症应答过程起到抗病毒的作用。
Multidrug-resistance cancer cells have been shown overexpression of major vault protein, barrel-shaped complex vaults are composed of three proteins, major vault protein, vault poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase, and telomerase-associated protein 1, and small untranslated RNAs.Vaults can transport particles like drug between cytoplasm and nuclear. Recent years, reports have shown that major vault protein functions in cellular progress. Major vault protein can interact with endogenous phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN) with the help of calcium, then it can participate in the phosphoinositide 3-kinase pathway and cell growth. Moreover, some researches have confirmed that major vault protein can reduce the replication of virus through induction of the expression of type-I interferon and participation of proinflammatory response.
