he influences of Lorentz and Levi-Civita’s conservation laws and the modified Einstein field equations upon the evolution of the cosmos are studied in this paper. The dark energy; the dark matter and the observation facts of the universe being accelerating in its expansion all are well explained naturally. Some new properties and new effects of the cosmos are deduced; for example, the big bang might not have occurred and the energy of matter field might originate from the gravitational field.
