离散制造企业车间生产不确定性生产调度研究

车间调度问题已被证明是NP完全问题，同时制造车间充满了各种不确定因素，这些不确性因素在生产过程中的积累，可能导致调度结果与目标严重偏离。本文综述了不确定性条件下生产调度的研究现状。分析了离散制造企业作业车间存在的各种不确定因素以及不确定性因素的数学描述以及现有的针对作业车间不确定性的调度方法与算法，指出了解决不确定性生产调度问题的相关途径。并对不确定性条件下离散制造企业生产调度的进一步研究进行了展望。
Shop scheduling has been proven to be NP-hard problem. While manufacturing process is full of uncertainties, the accumulation of uncertainty factors in the production process, which can lead to substantial deviation of results and objectives. This paper reviews the research results of the fuzzy production scheduling, analysis the various fuzzy factors of the job-shop scheduling in the discrete manufacture enterprises, propose the mathematical description of the uncertainty and illustrate the existing method and algorithm for fuzzy job-shop scheduling algorithm.
