With the development of science and technology,,the machine becomes more and more reliable in the system of safety.Due to the complexity of human being itself, the situation of human error becomes more and more serious. Coal enterprises are accident-prone industry, accidents caused by human errors account for a large proportion of coal mine accidents .This paper has analyzed and studied the characteristic,the mechanism and the model of human error,also give some measures which could control the human error in view of the coal mine production characteristic,as a result,it could play a role in recucing caol mine accidents and ensuring production safety.
