接枝棉织物纳米银抗菌整理研究

Study on antibacterial finishing of grafted cotton fabrics with nano-silver

采用甲基丙烯酰胺对棉织物接枝,研究还原剂还原法纳米银整理工艺因素对接枝棉织物纳米银含量的影响,优化工艺条件,测定整理工艺硝酸银利用率和整理接枝棉织物纳米银含量、抗菌性能及其耐洗性,并与整理棉织物比较。结果表明:接枝棉织物还原剂还原法整理优化工艺条件为:棉织物的接枝率为15.05%,浸渍温度为90℃,浸渍时间为40min,柠檬酸三钠与硝酸银的摩尔比为5:1;该工艺硝酸银利用率为35.51%;整理接枝棉织物纳米银含量为575.3 mg/kg,对大肠杆菌和葡萄球菌抑菌率均达到99.9%,具有优异的抗菌性能。经50次洗涤后,银含量保留率为75.23%,对两种细菌的抑菌率仍保持99.9%。研究表明棉织物接枝改性,可以提高硝酸银利用率,提高整理接枝棉织物纳米银含量及其耐洗性。

otton fabrics were grafted with methacrylamide, the influences of finishing factors of method of reducing silver ions with reductant on the silver content on grafted fabric were studied, the process conditions were optimized, the utilization rate of silver ion of the process and antibacterial property and washing resistance of finished grafted fabrics were tested, which were compared with finished cotton fabrics. The results showed that the optimum process conditions are that grafting ratio of fabric is 15.05%, dipping temperature is 90℃, dipping time is 40 min, molar ratio of sodium citrate and silver nitrate is 5:1; the utilization rate of silver nitrate for the finishing process is 35.51%; the silver content on grafted fabrics is 575.3 mg/kg, the bacterial inhibition rate for bacillus coli and staphylococcus aureus both reach 99.9%, the finished fabrics have an excellent antibacterial property. After washing 50 times, the retention rate of silver on fabrics is 75.23%, the bacterial inhibition rate for these two kinds of bacteria also maintains 99.9%. The study indicates the process of methacrylamide grafting onto cotton fabrics can increase utilization rate of silver ion, meanwhile, antibacterial property and washing resistance of finished grafted fabrics also are increased.
