水力旋流器单相流数值模拟
Single-phase Flow simulation of Hydrocyclone
利用Fluent软件对水力旋流器内进行三维数值模拟，且对网格生成技术、湍流模型的选择和边界条件的设定进行探讨。通过数值模拟得到界面上的速度分布与压降分布，与实测结果基本相同，说明数值模拟的可行性。为水力旋流器结构优化及分离性能的预测提供依据。
Using Fluent on hydrocyclone within the 3d numerical simulation, study on the technology of grid turbulent model and the boundary conditions has been discussed .The result of numerical simulations in a section of velocity distribution and pressure drop distribution，which are basically fit well the measured results.It will provide the basis of Structure optimization and separation properties prediction.
