Study on the dyeing technology with natural dyes based on non-reactive modification of cotton

针对天然染料在棉纤维上染色存在上染率低和色牢度差的问题,研究了棉纤维的非反应型改性技术。探讨了改性剂种类、改性剂浓度、改性温度、改性pH值及时间对改性棉织物染色K/S值的影响;分析测试了改性前后棉织物的物理机械性能及染色织物的匀染性和色牢度。结果表明:棉织物经改性后仍保持其良好的白度、强力和吸湿性能,染色棉织物的K/S值有较大提高,且具有较好的匀染性和染色牢度。

iming at the problems of low dye-uptake and poor color fastness of natural dyes on cotton fiber, the technology of non-reactive modification on cotton was studied. The influences on K/S value among modifier type, modifier concentration, treating temperature, treating pH value and treating time were discussed. The physical mechanical properties of cotton before and after modification, level dyeing property and color fastness were also analyzed. The results demonstrated that the cationized cotton fabrics still remained good whiteness, strength and absorbent quality. The dyed cotton with natural dyes had obvious improvement in K/S value, better level dyeing property, as well as color fastness.
