弹性非织造材料已广泛应用于多种领域。聚苯乙烯-聚乙烯-聚丁烯-聚苯乙烯(SEBS)是一种弹性优良的热塑性嵌段共聚物,但是由于SEBS熔体粘度大,难以单独纺丝形成非织造布。论文采用熔融共混法获得SEBS/聚丙烯(PP)母粒,进而成功制备了弹性非织造布。利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热重分析仪(TG)测试母粒的热力学性能,恒速型双毛细管流变仪分析母粒的流变性能。结合熔喷试纺,确定母粒共混比例、熔喷模头温度等工艺参数,并对所制备弹性非织造布进行形貌和力学性能分析。

Elastic nonwoven have been of interest for a number of applications. Polystyrene-b-poly(ethylene-co-butylene)-b-polystyrene (SEBS) is the thermoplastic block copolymer with good elasticity. Due to high melt viscosity, SEBS nonwovens are difficult to produce. In this research, we acquired SEBS/polypropylene(PP) blends by melt blending. Further, the elastic nonwovens were successfully prepared. Thermal properties of SEBS/PP blends are investigated by the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetry (TG). Rheological properties of SEBS/PP blends are analyzed by constant speed type double capillary rheometer. With the combination of the meltblowing, the technology parameters were determined, such as blends proportion and the spinning temperature. The morphology and mechanical properties of the SEBS/PP nonwovens were investigated.
