本文提出了一种基于神经网络和专家系统的两级故障诊断方法,一级神经网络被用于对故障的大致定位;二级神经网络被用于故障的精确定位。并且以汽车发动机为研究对象,对此方法进行了详细的验证,结果证实,该系统能够实现故障的快速诊断,性能良好。最后介绍了该系统的进一步改进创新之处。

double level fault diagnosis method, based on neural network and expert system, is proposed for the application of automobile engine fault diagnosis. The first level neural network is used for the general orientation of the fault; the second level neural network is used for accurate location of faults. And taking the automobile engine as the research object this method was verified in detail, being confirmed this system can realize the breakdown rapid diagnosis, with good performance. Finally, further improvement and innovation is introduced.
