This article reviewed the effects of extraction treatments on the soft tissue profile of Angle classⅡ,division1 borderline patients and the important factors(such as, differences between the type of tooth extraction、growth).The aim is to guide clinic diagnosis and treatment for borderline Angle classⅡ,division1 malocclusion cases.
