制造企业瓶颈物料库存策略研究
Research on Bottleneck Material Inventory Strategy of Manufacturing Companies
瓶颈物料由于其特性,具有较高的库存风险,制定相应的库存策略能够降低企业的库存成本。为了降低制造企业瓶颈物料的库存成本,本文在传统EOQ模型的基础上增加了生产端损坏率和原料供应端损坏率,构建符合制造企业实际库存管理现状的库存控制模型,使该模型更贴近制造企业瓶颈物料实际库存管理现状。最后以J企业瓶颈物料为例,选取2022年1-9月的相关数据验证该模型的可行性。结果表明改进后EOQ模型能够较好适应瓶颈物料,并为企业提供较为稳定供货情况和更低的库存总成本。因此本文的研究结果对J企业的库存现状具备改善优化作用。
Bottleneck materials have high inventory risk due to their characteristics, and developing corresponding inventory strategies can reduce the inventory cost of enterprises. In order to reduce the inventory cost of bottleneck materials in manufacturing enterprises, this paper adds the damage rate at the production side and the damage rate at the supply side of raw materials on the basis of the traditional EOQ model to build an inventory control model that is in line with the actual inventory management status of manufacturing enterprises, so that the model is closer to the actual inventory management status of bottleneck materials in manufacturing enterprises. Finally, the relevant data from January to September 2022 are selected to verify the feasibility of the model, taking the bottleneck materials of enterprise J as an example. The results show that the improved EOQ model can better adapt to the bottleneck materials and provide a more stable supply situation and lower total inventory cost for the enterprise. Therefore, the results of this paper are useful for improving and optimizing the inventory situation of J enterprises.
