双机热备在综合录井系统中的应用

录井技术是油气勘探开发活动中最基本的核心技术之一。在录井作业中,数据采集的高可靠性直接关系到油气藏的评价分析,因此十分重要。本文针对提高数据采集的可靠性,设计了一种具有双机热备功能的综合录井系统。与一般的在主从服务器端安装不同软件的双机热备方式不同,本系统的主从服务器具有对等性,根据主从采集服务器的启动顺序来确定主从机的身份,并且具有配置文件的同步更新、数据的同步存储、心跳检测、故障诊断与双机切换等功能。经过现场使用证明,该系统完全能够满足综合录井作业的需要。本文论述了软件系统的功能设计原理和工作流程。
Well logging is one of the most important core technology in oil-gas exploration. In the well logging operation, the high reliability of data acquisition directly related to the evaluation and analysis of oil-gas reservoir, so it is very important. In this paper, a kind of comprehensive logging system with hot standby technology was designed to aim at the high reliability of data acquisition. Unlike the common hot standby mode with different software between master server and slave server, in this system, master server and slave server are equipotent. It confirmed the identities of master server and slave server according to start-up sequence, and it also has the following functions: synchronous renewal of the configuration files, synchronous storage of data, heartbeat detection, fault diagnosis and server switch. Field application proved that this system can satisfy the needs of comprehensive logging operation. In this paper design principles of software system and work flow was described.
