MC控制在间歇反应釜温度控制系统中的应用

间歇式反应釜具有惯性大、滞后大和慢时变性等特点,采用常规的PID控制很难满足性能要求,因此,通过对间歇式反应釜时滞非线性动态特性的研究,设计了基于动态矩阵预测控制的温度控制系统,该系统不仅克服了反应釜建模的不精确性,还保持了预测控制的强鲁棒性和跟踪性能,具有较强的抗干扰性。仿真结果表明,所设计的控制系统在控制品质、鲁棒性方面明显优于常规的PID控制系统。
Batch Reactor has great inertia, long time delay as well as slow time-varying characters. The performances quality can’t be obtained by the traditional PID control. Thus, a temperature control system based on dynamic matrix predictive control is proposed, through the deeply research on time-delaying and nonlinear dynamic characters of batch reactor. The proposed control system not only overcomes the inaccuracy of reactor modeling, but also keeps the strong robustness and fast tracking performance effect of the predictive control algorithm. What is more, the disturbance could be rejected rapidly by the system, too. Simulation result shows that the control quality and the robustness of the system apparently are superiors to the general PID system.
