薄壁结构3D打印与数值计算统一网格的方法
Method of Uniform Grid for 3D Printing and Numerical Calculation for Thin-Wall Structures
(3D打印技术,以数字模型文件为基础,在计算机软件控制下将打印材料按一定方式熔化通层堆叠成设计物品。现在常用的打印格式有STL格式,这是一种无拓普关系的三角形叶片覆盖形成整个打印物品。3D打印结构经常需要采用有限元数值模拟进行力学特性的分析,这就涉及了有限元网格材料分区属性的划分问题。本文介绍了一种针对薄壁或复杂片状结构将3D打印STL格式与有限元计算转化为统一网格的方法。通过打印构件与有限元计算的多种实验取得了满意结果,提供了3D打印与数值计算网格融合一体的快速实用技术。
I3D printing technology, based on digital model files, melts the printed materials in a certain way under the control of computer software and stacks them layer by layer into design objects. Thecommon printing format now is STL format, in which the whole printing object is formed after being covered by triangular blades without topological relations. Finite element numerical simulation is often used to analyze mechanical properties of 3D printed structures, which involves the partitioning of material partition properties of finite element mesh. This paper presents a method to transform 3D printing STL format and finite element calculation into uniform grid for thin-wall structure or complexsheet structure. Satisfactory results have been obtained through a variety of experiments on printing components and finite element calculation, providing a fast and practical technology integrating 3D printing and numerical computing grid.
