发酵床养殖模式对猪生长性能和猪舍空气质量的影响
Effects of deep-litter housing systems on growth performance of pigs and air quality in pig house
选择体重6.4kg左右、健康无病的杜长大断奶仔猪120头,随机分成3组,第1组为试验组,发酵床猪舍,菌种由湖南省微生物研究所提供;第2组为试验组,发酵床猪舍,菌种由湖南泰谷生物科技有限公司提供;第3组为对照组,采用传统模式。结果表明,试验组1和组2对提高日增重和饲料转化效率有显著效果(P<0.05),而试验组1和试验组2的日增重和料肉比差异均不显著。发酵床猪舍内氨气含量极显著低于传统模式(P<0.01),硫化氢均小于0.5mg/m3,而二氧化碳含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明发酵床可有效提高商品猪生长性能,降低舍内有害气体,减少环境污染。
total of 120 crossbred (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire), healthy and half male and female weaned pigs with 6.4kg body weight were selected randomly divided into three groups, pigs of the first group, experimental group, were kept in deep-litter system, bacteria additives provided by Hunan Institute of Microbiology, while the second group, experimental group, were kept in deep-litter system, bacteria additives provided by Hunan Tai-gu Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.. The third group, control group, was kept in a conventional system. When compared to pigs kept conventionally, pigs kept in the first group and the second had higher average daily gain and better food conversion from weaning to marketing(P<0.05), but there was no significant effect between the first group and the second. Ammonia concerntration from pigs raised on the deep litter was very significantly lower than that on conventional floor(P<0.01), while hydrogen sulfide in the two way was less than 0.5mg/m3, the deep-litter system and conventional system had no difference in carbon dioxide content. Deep litter housing system improved growth performance of commercial pigs and provided better environmental results than the conventional housing systems.
