磁共振质量控制的信噪比自动检测算法研究
Study of automatic detection algorithm of SNR in MRI quality control
目的:设计基于MATLAB的磁共振信噪比自动检测算法。方法:根据图像特点,并参考国际和国家标准,找到实现信噪比计算的软件方法。结果:基于MATLAB的图像处理能够实现信噪比的自动检测。结论:该方法简单且耗时短,可作为医院磁共振质量控制的技术选择。
Objective:In this paper,designed an automatic detection algorithm for magnetic resonance imaging signal noise ratio based on MATLAB.Methods:Developed an automatic method of SNR according to the characteristics of MRI images, and referring to the international and national standards. Results: The automatic detection of SNR was implemented based on MATLAB.Conclusion:The proposed method is simple to operate and cost less time, it can be used as a technical choice for MRI quality control in hospitals.
