基于机构知识库的非正式文献传递交流平台研究

In order to made better preservation and made full use of scholarly literature which the users of university libraries obtained from informally ways of document delivery.This paper proposed a informal document delivery and communication platform which based on institutional repository, and detailed list out the structure and workflow of this platform. Finally, the platform tested on a institutional repository test bench. The informal document delivery and communication platform has establish most of the designed functions. But some features are subject to restrictions the platform itself, more further study is needed.
