3D打印技术制备结构吸波材料及其性能研究
Preparation and Study on Structural Radar-Absorbing Material Made by 3D Printing Technology
在隐身技术中,能够集承载与吸波性能为一体的材料称为结构吸波材料,这种材料通常需要一定的力学强度,同时具有吸收衰减入射雷达波能量的特点。结构吸波材料的精细结构设计制备、宏观复杂结构成型对其性能和应用都具有重要的研究价值。本文中首次将3D打印技术应用于制备结构吸波材料,选用塑料基材加入一定量的吸收剂制备成混合粉末,用SLS(选区激光烧结)方式制备出螺钉与螺帽结构。为研究其吸波性能,制备吸收剂含量分别为20%,40%,60%的平板并测试其反射率。结果表明:3D打印制备出的吸波材料在2~18GHz都具有吸收效果,60%含量时吸收效果最佳,在5~18GHz均小于-6dB,峰值在-5.4GHz达到-20dB。3D打印可以方便的实现精细结构的成型,本文中首次将3D打印技术与结构吸波材料结合,制备出具有吸波效果的结构,为结构吸波材料的研究和发展提供了新方向,具有重要指导意义。
he material which can absorb magnetic waves and solid enough as a structure to load bearing is called structural radar- absorbing material. Producing micro-structure and complex object were beneficial to the researching of structural radar-absorbing material. In this article, author mixed plastic and radar absorb powder and used method of selected laser sintering to shape a bolt and nut .Three different plates containing radar absorbing powder 20% ,40% and 60% were made to test the absorbing properties. They can absorb radar wave from 2GHz to 18GHz. The plate containing radar absorbing powder 60% showed the best property which had a reflection all below -6dB from 5GHz to 18GHz. We first combined the 3D printing technology which was advantaged in making microstructure with making structural radar-absorbing material. This method will help researchers to develop different and new radar absorb material.
