利用万寿菊的生物活性控制植物有害生物已有报道,但其机理尚不清楚。本研究以万寿菊和当归多样性种植为模式,采用PCR-DGGE技术研究不同种植模式对根际真菌多样性的影响及不同时期真菌多样性的变化规律。结果表明,当归/万寿菊轮作和当归/万寿菊间作的土壤真菌群落变化相对较小,条带变化率分别为-39.13%、-30.77%,其中万寿菊单作对土壤真菌的影响最大(p<0.01,p<0.05),条带变化率为-69.23%;主成分分析表明不同种植模式与其根际土壤的真菌群落存在对应关系,当归单作的真菌种类组成与万寿菊多样性种植模式中的真菌种类组成差异较大,且当归/万寿菊间作的中后期与前期差异最大;聚类分析表明,随种植时间的延长,处理间的真菌多样性降低。

It has been reported that use of marigold biological activity to control a variety of plant pests,but the mechanism is unclear. At present study, using PCR - DGGE technology research on the effect of marigold diversified copping on fungal diversity. The results showed that marigold inter-planting and rotation with angelica could significantly affact rhizosphere fungi community with band change rate -39.13% and -30.77% respectively, and marigold monoculture obtained the highest rate -69.23%(p<0.01, p<0.05) . PCA results revealed that rhizosphere fungi community correspondent to individual planting patterns, it also indicated that angelica monoculture resulted in a distinctive community. Further, with growth stage progress, a lower diversity level between patterns was observed through cluster analysis.
